Answer:
There are things you must be aware of if you are going to use electro clamps on the nipples. You must NEVER use uni-pole clamps on the nipples as one uni-pole clamp on each nipple could cause the electro-stimulation current to cross the chest cavity to make a circuit.
Bi-polar clamps however work in such a way that the electro stimulation current is passed through the nipple to make the circuit instead of the chest cavity.
