Question:
If I use a contact pad will I experience the feeling from the Violet Wand or wil I be isolated?
Answer:
The contact pad is where you can get really creative. What happens it turns your body into the electrode.
You impart the sensations to the subject by touching them with your fingers etc. You can also hold a metal object and use that to impart the sensation. Believe it or not you will actually be able to light up fluorescent tubes simply by moving your hand near them.
To use the contact pad first make sure the wand is off. Insert the contact pad plug into the wand. Take the plate end of the contact pad and insert it into the waist band of your pants. Make sure that the plate is firmly in contact with your skin. Orient the pad so that the insulated rubber tube is pointing upward and out the waistband of your pants. Tuck your shirt in so that it is between the insulated tube and your body. Do not tuck your shirt in so far as to separate the plate from your skin. Turn the wand intensity down and switch the wand on. Turn the intensity up until the wand is at a moderate level. You should be able to gauge this based on the sound the wand makes and your experience with it from the previous examples. Set the wand on the floor. This is very important! If you are involved in a scene you don't want to worry that your movements will pull the wand off a table, causing it to fall and possibly break. Bring your hand close to a grounded object. Almost any metal object should do.
When you get close enough a spark will jump the gap from your hand to the object. Try jumping the spark from different parts of your hand. You will find that you receive quite a bit of sensation depending on where you jump the spark from. Most will find that if they jump the spark from the tip of their finger, the sensation is diminished compared with other parts of the hand. You are in control over where you jump the spark from and to. You should have limitless possibilities with this effect.
