Are the Thunderball machines noisy in use?
Answer:
The machines operate using an electric motor. We do generally find that although not completely silent in operation they should be no more audible than a TV or a radio at a standard volume. If noise was an issue i.e. in a hotel room, the noise of the machine can easily be masked by increasing the volume on TV, radio or turning on a hairdryer or similar. However Thunderball 2, being designed in a box, is extremly quiet due to the insulating properties of the box.
