These have been around for a long time now and over a period of time they do work. The only down side is that they can be difficult to wear under clothing, but any time when not in public they can be worn for longer periods and slowly stretched.
They can be a little fiddly to get on but its worth it, as with all these things the more you use them the easier they become, as the nipple is stretched they get even easier to use.
They consist of a base plate that goes tight against the Areola (Area around the nipple), once in place take the 4 screws out completely from the top plate, otherwise they get in the way whilst you thread the bar through the nipple. Once you have the bar located through the nipple and sat in the groove on the top plate you can proceed to screw in the 4 screws locating them in the 4 holes on the base plate.
Slowly screwing in the 4 screws by approximately the same amount will start to stretch out the nipple, do this slowly over a period of time, its a little similar to cinching the waist in slowly with a tight lacing corset. The more patience and time you apply whilst doing this the better the result will be.
We have heard reports of women who have overcome the clothes issue by buying a well padded bra several sizes too big and wearing this over the nipple trainers, remember it does not alter or change the shape or size of the breast it simply uses your breast as an anchor point to stretch the nipple.
The nipple bars are supplied in sizes 1.6, 2.0, 3.2mm and are sold in pairs.
