Pistol Grip Speculum. The Pistol Grip Speculum is another devious device and is one of the latest additions to our range.

This speculum is similar in style to the Collins Speculum, but its a bit more devious than the Collins, having 2 types of adjustment for wide dilations and some serious hole stretching.

The Pistol Grip Speculum has 2 wide blades that are anatomically shaped with nice rounded ends for easy comfortable insertion. Once inserted it is then opened slowly into the cavity inside and held in place by screwing one of the dials on one side.

This leaves your hands free as once opened the speculum stays in place, this is where the devious bit comes in, as you slowly screw in the other dial it opens the speculum wider, stretching the hole open and wide.

The speculum blades measure approx 100mm (4") long with a blade width of approx 35mm at the widest part. The speculum opens up to a maximum of approx 120mm (5")
